2. PRODUCTS & BESPOKE SERVICES

Artisanal Standard: We strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, because our furniture utilizes natural materials (wood, stone, leather), you acknowledge that minor variations in grain, veining, and tone are inherent characteristics of high-end artisanal furniture and do not constitute defects.
Bespoke Precision: For made-to-order services, the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of provided measurements and specifications. Once a custom order enters the production phase (after the 24-hour grace period), SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME is not liable for errors in customer-provided data.
Pre-Shipment Approval: As outlined in our Return Policy, your "Digital Sign-off" on pre-shipment media constitutes final acceptance of the product’s aesthetic condition.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT (AIRWALLEX/STRIPE)

Price Adjustment: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
Payment Milestone: For bespoke orders, production only commences upon receipt of the 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be settled and cleared before the dispatch of goods.
Transaction Fees: In the event of an approved refund, original credit card processing fees (charged by Stripe/Airwallex) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. INTERNATIONAL TRADE & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

DDU Terms: All international shipments are conducted under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. The customer is the "Importer of Record" and is exclusively responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs brokerage fees, and local taxes.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all import laws and regulations of your destination country. SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME is not liable for shipments seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities due to a customer’s failure to settle local tax obligations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership: All content on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, the "SÍSÍ ROUGE" logo, product photography, and brand narrative—is the exclusive property of SISI ROUGE LIMITED.
Design Protection: Our furniture designs represent significant intellectual investment. Any unauthorized reproduction, "copy-cat" manufacturing, or commercial use of our visual assets without express written consent will be met with legal action under international copyright and trademark protections.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall SISI ROUGE LIMITED, our directors, or our manufacturing partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits or replacement costs—arising from your use of our service or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SISI ROUGE LIMITED and our subsidiaries from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Jurisdiction: You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be settled in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Mediation: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith mediation.
