At SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship and "Gallery Quality" of our furniture. Because our pieces are predominantly made-to-order or customized to your specific aesthetic requirements, our policy reflects the bespoke nature of the high-end furniture industry.
1. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, production planning and material procurement commence. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a restocking/material fee of 30% of the total order value.
2. PRE-SHIPMENT DIGITAL APPROVAL (OUR COMMITMENT)
To ensure your total satisfaction and minimize the need for returns, SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME implements a Mandatory Digital Inspection process:

Before crating and dispatching, we will provide you with high-definition photos and 4K inspection videos of your specific finished piece.

Digital Sign-off: Shipping will only proceed once you have provided written approval of the visual evidence. Once signed off, the item is deemed accepted in its current aesthetic and structural condition.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final for customized, made-to-order, or personalized furniture. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items due to "change of mind," style preference, or space constraints.

Standard Stock Items: For non-customized accessories or small décor items, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

4. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS (QUALITY GUARANTEE)
We stand behind our production standards. If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect (non-logistics related):

Notification: You must notify us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: A continuous unboxing video and high-resolution photos are required for our technical team’s assessment.

Resolution: For confirmed defects, SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Reimbursing a local professional repair service to restore the piece to "Gallery Quality."

Providing a partial refund or store credit.

Sending replacement components where applicable.

5. SHIPPING DAMAGES (INSURED LOGISTICS)
Every SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME shipment is fully insured. While we are not liable for damages caused by third-party carriers, we will actively manage the claim process for you.

Mandatory "Proof of Arrival": To activate insurance claims, you must record a continuous video of the unboxing process, starting from the intact wooden crate to the final product reveal.

Visible Damage: If the external wooden crate arrives visibly damaged, please document this with photos before opening and note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
6. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
We cannot offer refunds, credits, or replacements for:

Natural Variations: Unique wood grains, marble veining, and leather markings are hallmarks of authentic materials and are not considered defects.

Customer Error: Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or inadequate maintenance.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is returned or abandoned because the customer refuses to pay local import duties/VAT (DDU terms), no refund will be issued.
7. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds (minus applicable fees) will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe/Airwallex) within 10–14 business days.
