  2. 50% Balance: Payable prior to dispatch, once production is complete and quality is verified.

A: Absolutely. As an "Aesthetic Provider," customization is at our core. Whether it is material adjustments or specific dimensional changes, we will coordinate closely with you to ensure the final piece aligns perfectly with your space.

A: Shipping duration typically ranges from 15 to 60 days depending on your destination. Shipments to Asia usually enjoy faster transit times, while destinations in Europe and the Middle East require a longer window due to the distance.

Q: How will my order be packaged for international transit?

  • For Large & Premium Furniture: Every item is secured in custom-built reinforced wooden crates to provide superior protection during sea freight.
  • For Decorative Accents & Smaller Items: We utilize high-density professional-grade cartons with internal shock-absorbing materials.

A: All shipments are covered by transit insurance. While SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME is not liable for damages caused by the logistics carrier (as our quality guarantee is fulfilled at the point of dispatch), we will actively assist you in the claims process with the insurance and logistics provider.

Q: What is your policy on quality issues and returns?

A: Due to the exclusive and bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind our production standards:

  2. Mandatory Proof of Arrival: For your protection, we strictly recommend recording a video or taking clear photos the moment you receive and unbox your order. This "Proof of Arrival" is essential for distinguishing between production defects and transit-related issues.
  3. Resolution: For confirmed production defects, we may offer a partial refund or a repair credit, allowing you to engage a local professional for touch-ups, which we will partially reimburse.

Q: What does "DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)" mean for my order?

A: At SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME, we strive to make international shipping as seamless as possible. Under DDU terms, our professional logistics partners manage the entire journey of your piece—including all export and import customs clearance procedures—so you don't have to handle the paperwork.

Q: Will I need to pay any additional fees upon arrival?

A: Yes. Since our products are shipped globally from Guangdong, China, your local government may assess import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees based on your country's specific trade regulations. These charges are not included in our checkout price and are to be settled by the recipient directly with the local customs office or the delivery courier.
