By accessing our Site, browsing our products, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on our Site.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this Site or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you and that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

2. PRODUCTS, SOURCING & BESPOKE SERVICES

Multi-Supplier Sourcing

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME works with multiple independent manufacturers, workshops, artisans, suppliers, and production partners in order to source and develop our furniture and home collections.

Products may therefore originate from different manufacturing partners depending on the product, material, production requirements, availability, and order specifications.

We carefully review and select products and suppliers based on our own commercial and quality standards. However, due to the nature of multi-supplier sourcing, certain products, designs, images, descriptions, or other materials may originate from or be supplied by third-party manufacturers or partners.

Intellectual Property Concerns & Notice

If you believe that any product, product image, design, description, graphic, or other material displayed on our Site may infringe your intellectual property rights or those of a third party, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sisirouge.com.

Please provide sufficient information to allow us to understand and investigate the concern, including where applicable:

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing product or material;
  • Identification of the original work or intellectual property right;
  • Evidence or information supporting the claimed ownership;
  • Your contact information;
  • Any other relevant information that may assist our investigation.

Upon receiving a credible infringement report, SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME will review the matter and, where appropriate, communicate with the relevant supplier or manufacturing partner and take reasonable steps to address the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, such measures may include:

  • Temporarily removing a product or image;
  • Suspending a product listing;
  • Requesting information or clarification from the relevant supplier;
  • Removing or replacing disputed materials;
  • Ceasing further sourcing of the affected product;
  • Taking other commercially and legally appropriate action.

We ask that intellectual property concerns be brought to our attention before any formal dispute or legal action where reasonably possible, so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the matter promptly.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

3. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY, IMAGES & VISUAL REPRESENTATION

Product Images

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product photography and visual materials displayed on our Site truthfully represent the products we offer.

Our product images are intended to provide an accurate visual representation of the furniture, materials, proportions, finishes, colors, and overall design.

However, customers acknowledge that certain reasonable differences may occur between website images and the physical product due to:

  • Professional photography and studio lighting;
  • Camera and photographic processing;
  • Screen, monitor, or mobile-device settings;
  • Differences in display calibration;
  • Natural variations in wood, stone, marble, leather, and other materials;
  • Handcrafted production;
  • Differences between individual production batches;
  • Minor variations in texture, tone, grain, or surface characteristics.

Accordingly, product images should be regarded as a genuine visual representation and reference rather than an absolute guarantee that every visual characteristic will be identical to the image displayed on the Site.

Where a product contains natural or handcrafted materials, each individual piece may have its own unique characteristics.

We do not intentionally use misleading images to materially misrepresent the products offered for sale.

4. ARTISANAL MATERIALS & NATURAL VARIATIONS

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME specializes in furniture incorporating natural and artisanal materials, including but not limited to wood, marble, stone, leather, metal, and other natural or handcrafted materials.

Because these materials are naturally unique, variations in:

  • Grain
  • Veining
  • Tone
  • Texture
  • Color
  • Mineral patterns
  • Natural markings
  • Surface characteristics

may occur from one piece to another.

These characteristics are an inherent part of authentic natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME furniture pieces are produced on a Made-to-Order (MTO) basis.

Because each piece may require dedicated production planning, material preparation, craftsmanship, quality inspection, packaging, and international logistics, customers should carefully review all product information before purchasing.

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact our team before placing an order to confirm all relevant order details, including:

  • Dimensions
  • Materials
  • Finishes
  • Colors
  • Customization requirements
  • Production timelines
  • Shipping methods
  • Shipping costs
  • Delivery requirements
  • Access conditions

Once an order has been placed, customers are responsible for ensuring that the information and specifications they have provided are accurate.

6. CUSTOMER MEASUREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

For customized or made-to-order products, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of any measurements, dimensions, specifications, colors, finishes, or other information supplied to SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME.

This includes confirming that the furniture will fit through:

  • Entrance doors
  • Hallways
  • Elevators
  • Staircases
  • Corridors
  • Gates
  • Other access points

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME is not responsible for fitting or access problems caused by inaccurate customer-provided measurements or failure to verify access conditions before ordering.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

After an order is placed, our team may contact you by email to confirm relevant order details and, where applicable, provide an estimated production timeline.

For Made-to-Order furniture, customers are provided with a 7-calendar-day cancellation and refund period beginning from the date the order is placed, subject to applicable law and any disclosed non-recoverable fees.

Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact us within this period.

After the 7-day period has expired, the order may be treated as confirmed and may proceed to:

  • Material preparation
  • Production planning
  • Manufacturing
  • Quality inspection
  • Packaging
  • Shipping arrangements

Once production or dedicated material preparation has commenced, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect measurements, space limitations, or other customer-related reasons, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

For applicable furniture orders, SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME may conduct a pre-shipment quality inspection.

Depending on the product, we may provide customers with:

  • High-resolution photographs;
  • Detailed product images;
  • Inspection videos;
  • Material and finish documentation;
  • Packaging or crating photographs.

These materials are intended to provide transparency regarding the completed product before shipment.

Where written approval is requested, the customer's confirmation indicates that the customer has reviewed the available visual documentation and authorizes the item to proceed to packaging and dispatch.

However, such approval does not waive or limit any rights relating to genuine manufacturing defects, verified transit damage, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. PRICING & PAYMENT

Product Pricing

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, discontinue products, or make changes to product specifications where reasonably necessary.

However, once an order has been accepted and confirmed, the agreed purchase price will generally apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Payment

Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available through our Site or through an agreed payment arrangement confirmed by SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Airwallex, or other payment providers made available from time to time.

Your payment information may therefore be processed according to the applicable third-party payment provider's terms and privacy policies.

Payment for Made-to-Order Furniture

Where a specific payment schedule or deposit arrangement applies to a Made-to-Order purchase, the applicable payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before or during order confirmation.

Production may not commence until the required payment or deposit has been successfully received and cleared.

Where a remaining balance is required before dispatch, the balance must be paid and cleared before the goods are released for shipment.

Refunds & Payment Processing Fees

Where a refund is approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Any applicable non-refundable payment-processing fees, transaction fees, or other third-party charges may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted by applicable law and where such charges were disclosed to the customer.

Shipping and logistics costs may also be non-refundable depending on the stage of the order and the circumstances of the cancellation or return.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME provides international shipping to selected destinations.

Because our furniture is large, made-to-order, and often transported over long distances, delivery timelines and costs vary significantly between countries and destinations.

Total delivery time may include:

Production + Packaging + International Transit + Customs Clearance + Local Delivery

Customers should contact our team before placing an order to confirm the available shipping method, estimated delivery timeframe, and applicable shipping cost for their destination.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing.

11. DDP, DDU & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the destination, SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME may offer different shipping arrangements, including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU / DAP-style arrangements where applicable.

The pricing and scope of services under DDP and DDU are different.

DDP

Where DDP is specifically quoted and confirmed, applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related services included in the quotation will be handled according to the agreed shipping arrangement.

DDU / DAP

Where DDU or DAP-style shipping applies, the customer may be responsible for applicable:

  • Import duties
  • VAT/GST
  • Customs taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local customs charges
  • Storage charges
  • Other destination-related costs

The exact responsibilities will depend on the shipping terms stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information when required.

12. SHIPPING PACKAGING & TRANSIT INSURANCE

Because our furniture may travel thousands of kilometers and pass through multiple stages of international transportation, we use protective packaging appropriate to the product.

Large furniture pieces may be protected using:

  • Reinforced wooden crates
  • Wooden frames
  • Wooden pallets
  • Protective foam
  • Corner protection
  • Shock-absorbing materials
  • Protective wrapping
  • Other specialized packaging

The exact packaging method may vary depending on the furniture's material, structure, dimensions, and transportation requirements.

Transit Insurance

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME requires cargo/transit insurance to be purchased for every shipment, subject to the applicable insurance policy and coverage conditions.

The insurance is intended to protect against qualifying loss or damage occurring during transportation.

Insurance coverage is subject to the insurer's terms, exclusions, claim procedures, and applicable coverage limits.

Customers should follow the inspection and documentation requirements described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

13. SHIPPING DAMAGE

If furniture appears to have been damaged during transportation, customers should contact SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME as soon as possible.

Customers should:

  1. Photograph the external packaging before opening it;
  2. Document any visible damage to the crate or packaging;
  3. Record the damage on the delivery documentation where possible;
  4. Record a continuous unboxing video;
  5. Photograph the furniture and any damaged areas;
  6. Contact our team with the relevant documentation.

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME will cooperate with the relevant logistics provider and insurer to assist with the applicable claim process.

Transit damage is handled separately from ordinary customer-initiated returns.

14. DELIVERY ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for confirming that the furniture can be delivered to and accessed within the intended property.

This includes checking:

  • Door dimensions
  • Elevator dimensions and weight limits
  • Staircase dimensions
  • Hallway width
  • Ceiling height
  • Building access restrictions
  • Loading restrictions
  • Delivery time restrictions
  • Local building management requirements

Additional costs resulting from special access requirements, failed delivery attempts, storage, special equipment, hoisting, crane services, additional labor, or similar services may be charged to the customer unless expressly included in the agreed shipping quotation.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on this Site, including but not limited to:

  • SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME branding
  • Logos
  • Brand names
  • Product photography
  • Product descriptions
  • Graphics
  • Illustrations
  • Written content
  • Website design
  • Brand narratives
  • Original visual materials
  • Furniture design concepts and related materials

is owned by or licensed to SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME and/or SISI ROUGE LIMITED, unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Our furniture designs and original creative works represent significant artistic and intellectual investment.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial copying, imitation, manufacturing, distribution, or use of our proprietary designs or visual assets may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary to protect our intellectual property.

16. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS & PRODUCT SOURCING DISCLAIMER

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME operates a multi-supplier sourcing model and may work with independent manufacturers, workshops, artisans, distributors, and other production partners.

While we make reasonable efforts to review and select products and suppliers according to our standards, we do not represent that every product or material available through our sourcing network is independently designed or manufactured exclusively by SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME.

If a customer believes that a product, design, photograph, description, or other material supplied by one of our manufacturing or sourcing partners may infringe the intellectual property rights of another party, please notify us immediately at contact@sisirouge.com.

We will take such reports seriously and will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Investigate the reported concern;
  • Contact the relevant supplier or manufacturing partner;
  • Request supporting information;
  • Temporarily suspend or remove the affected listing where appropriate;
  • Replace or remove disputed content where necessary;
  • Cease sourcing or selling an affected product where appropriate.

This process is intended to provide a practical channel for resolving intellectual property concerns and does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our business, including:

  • Payment processors
  • Shipping companies
  • Freight forwarders
  • Customs brokers
  • Insurance providers
  • Website technology providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Marketing platforms

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent policies, systems, or actions of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

18. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, specifications, availability information, images, and other Site content are accurate.

However, occasional typographical errors, technical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where permitted by law, to cancel or adjust an order affected by an obvious error, including an obvious pricing error.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing, SÍSÍ ROUGE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our Site, products, or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This may include losses such as loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or other indirect economic loss.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific product or order.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. FORCE MAJEURE

SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Earthquakes
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Port closures
  • Customs restrictions
  • Labor disputes
  • Strikes

  • Material shortages
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SISI ROUGE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful use of the Site;
  • Your violation of applicable law;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights;
  • Fraudulent or misleading information supplied by you.

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own breach of applicable law or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms and any agreement for the purchase of products from our Site shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence.

Where appropriate, the parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication.

Customers are encouraged to contact SÍSÍ ROUGE HOME before commencing formal proceedings so that we may attempt to resolve the matter efficiently.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory rights or protections available under the laws of their country of residence.

Where court proceedings are necessary, the applicable courts will be determined in accordance with the governing law and any mandatory jurisdictional rights applicable to the customer.

23. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any updated version will be posted on this Site with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not affect orders already accepted unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed with the customer.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms before placing a new order.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to remain in full force and effect.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies and documents expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and SISI ROUGE LIMITED concerning your use of the Site and purchase of our products, except where a separate written agreement has been entered into between you and SISI ROUGE LIMITED.

Where an individual order confirmation or written agreement contains specific terms that differ from these Terms, the specific written terms applicable to that order may prevail to the extent expressly agreed.
